Due to its central location and excellent logistics infrastructure Turkey is the ideal precast manufacture point for products that can then be delivered to the four corners of the world.

There’s a lot of consideration and organization that goes into the logistics of moving often complex precast moulds and equipment, especially internationally. It takes planning and attention to detail to get your precast mould investment to your manufacturing site.

How do you transport precast formwork?

If by land then the precast forms and systems are loaded in segments at the Dema Factory onto trucks or containers and then truck transportation ensures delivery to the end installation point.

Alternatively, if by sea, then the precast forms and systems are loaded in segments at the Dema Factory onto containers then transported from the Dema Factory to the port for loading onto vessels for sea transportation. Upon arrival in the destination country the precast moulds in containers are unloaded onto trucks to be delivered to the installations site where the precast components are unloaded and installed by our precast installation technicians.
